Stephen Michael Carnes
WALTON – Stephen Michael Carnes, 30, died Tuesday, Sept. 9, at University Hospital, Corryville.
He worked for Norfolk-Southern Railroad.
Survivors include his parents, Joe and Betty Carnes; sister, Stephanie Carnes; and grandmother, Aileen Monroe.
Visitation will be noon to 2 p.m. Friday, Sept. 12, with service following at Eckler-Hudson-McDaniel Funeral Home, Dry Ridge. Burial will be in Hill Crest Cemetery, Dry Ridge.
Memorials: Stephen Michael Carnes Medical Fund, c/o any Bank of Kentucky branch.

Mr. Carnes was a former employee of the Norfolk-Southern Railroad. He attended Community Christian Academy and the Simon Kenton High School.
